Rick is a Senior Level Financial Executive with 33 years of business experience with two Fortune 100 companies (i.e. Eaton Corporation and Dana Corporation). Rick's background includes Controller and Division Controller Experience with these companies in the areas of industrial products, stepping motors, light axle manufacturing, soft gasket manufacturing, clutch (class 6-8) manufacturing as well as overrunning clutch manufacturing experience, compliance (Sarbanes Oxley), internal audit, mergers and acquisition and innovative product development. In addition to the above, Rick has teaching experience in Accounting, Finance and Statistics at the college level.

Rick's expertise includes Strategic Planning and Cash Flow Management in addition to improving profitability at multiple manufacturing locations through progressive financial management positions within Eaton Corporation and Dana Corporation. Rick also served as an examiner for Malcolm Baldrige criteria for both Eaton and Dana for a period of 15 years, which assessed Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer Focus, Measurement and Analysis, Human Resource Management, Process Management and Results. Rick has a results oriented focus and has experience at recruiting (University of Notre Dame, Indiana University and Michigan State University), staffing and developing finance leadership development candidates. Rick has had success working cross functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales and Marketing personnel.

Rick's educational background includes a Bachelors Degree with high honor from Michigan State University in Business Administration and a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.
