Rob has always played a key role in his positions to reach company objectives.
As CFO, Rob was a member of the team that successfully turned around and sold an unprofitable and under-developed company. The goals were to increase sales, generate profits, build infrastructure, strengthen the balance sheet and find a buyer. As CFO of a $50 million company, Rob created accurate financial reports and projections gaining credibility with the bank to increase the credit line by $1 million and avoid a bank workout. Serving as General Manager and Controller, Rob developed a financial reporting system and identified division and product profitability for a multi-facility manufacturer assisting it through a successful chapter 11 filing. As CFO, Rob played a pivotal role in developing a profitable business plan. With $4 million less in sales (32%), margins were increased by 12%, facilities were divested to raise cash, operating expenses were significantly reduced, and debt was lowered by $3 million. As a result, annual operating cash flow increased nearly $1 million and the company returned to profitability.

During his career, Rob has managed accounting, IT, HR, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, engineering, inventory and customer service departments. Rob brings passion, energy and enthusiasm to businesses. He is a problem solver and a communicator at all levels of the business. Rob is equally effective working hands on with the staff or strategically with the owners.

Rob also possesses broad-based business experiences: launch of new product lines, setting up international distribution facility, selling operating facilities, identifying and negotiating supplier contracts, chapter 11 processes and reporting, and raising private equity, to name a few.

Rob attended California State University, Los Angeles, where he majored in accounting and finance. Rob lives in North Orange County with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys skiing, biking and water sports.
