With 29 years of experience, Ron has served as CFO of a construction company, property acquisition and management company and distribution company and has held titles such as Corporate Controller, Risk Manager, Director of Finance and Senior Auditor.

Ron evaluates all opportunities to save money by focusing on those factors which generate the most impact and questioning everything.

Ron has extensive experience partnering with operational leaders to ensure owners, and managers have the information they need quickly to make informed decisions to improve operational performance. He has always managed the finance department as a partner with owners and operators to help maximize growth and profitability. Ron has been the lead or significant participant on several software conversions and knows how to extract the data needed by operations.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. Ron has been a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas for over 25 years. Ron is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Construction Financial Management Association and the Financial Executive Networking Group. Ron lives in Rockwall, Texas with Jane, his wife of thirty years. Ron and Jane have a daughter and son that have recently graduated from college and started careers of their own. Ron does volunteer work with his church and an organization that ministers to girls in foster care in addition to providing financial support for various not for profit organizations.
