The following excerpts are discussions that have occurred by many a business owner/CEO and a B2B CFO Partner.

Owner: My business is out of control and my accounting people can't supply me with accurate and timely financials. What can you do to help me?

Working with your current accounting staff, I'll be able to develop internal systems and procedures that will ensure quality and timely financial data. I will assist in the training of your people and the review of the reports to be sure that the information given to you is timely and complete.

Owner: There are many CFO consulting companies and individuals that claim the same thing. How do you differ?

10. While you may not have thought about an Exit Strategy for your business, we have the resources and skill sets to take you through that process. In many cases, it can take 3-5 years to properly execute a good exit strategy so when the time is right, you can make a sizeable profit.

Owner: OK, OK. I get it! But with everything that you have to offer, how do I know that I can afford to pay for your services?

B2B CFO Partner: That's easy. Once we mutually develop your needs and identify your available budget for these services, we will never bill you anything over that amount unless you specifically request additional time/services. There will never be a surprise when we submit our bills.

Owner: So what happens if I have you resolve some of my problems and I find down the road I don't need as much time from you? Am I still obligated to pay the same fees?

B2B CFO Partner: Not at all. Our services are designed to be flexible to meet your needs. Typically, most clients have their needs met but appreciate the long-term benefits of an experienced CFO to their business. We will modify our time with you so your fees will be reduced but you'll still have us to help you watch over your business.
