Tim has over 28 years of executive, financial, treasury, accounting and operational experience in a number of industries, most recently heavy construction equipment distribution. He has spent the last 6 years in a joint CEO/CFO role running a North American subsidiary for an European owned manufacturer of heavy construction equipment.

Prior to the role as joint CEO/CFO Tim has been involved in number of diverse entities including, manufacturing, heavy construction contracting, real estate development, and private label finance. Tim has been involved with the majority of these entities from the conception stage and initialized all of the accounting, finance, and operational functions for them.

Tim’s expertise is in working with small to medium size companies in cash management, forecasting, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and proper internal control functions. Tim has created a sundry of finance and leasing plans for business to utilize for their customer’s benefit which has lead to an increase in sales for the company.

He has vast experience initiating, devising and implementing discussions for establishing lines of credit for a number of the companies.

Tim takes a «hands on» approach to the business environment by assessing the needs of the company and then formulating a plan to implement the required course of action.

Tim has been involved in a number of sales and acquisitions and played a vital part in the «due diligence» procedures for these aspects during his tenure at various companies. He has been a key player on both sides of the transactions, so he is in tune with the key elements that both buyer and seller target during the negotiations.

Tim holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati. His CPA certificate is active in the State of Ohio. He is a native Cincinnatian and active in his community and enjoys his time playing golf and coaching grade school basketball. He and his wife have been married for 19 years and they have 2 children.
