Roberts created nearly 800% job growth during the three year period ended December 31, 2012 by consistently applying its business model of developing and maintaining long-term customer service-based relationships, Roberts grew from a single 30,000-sq.-ft. warehouse to four facilities totaling 600,000 square feet.  Focused on a market niche that caters to the food industry and local manufacturers, Roberts serves companies utilizing cutting edge inventory and security system technologies for numerous regional companies.  With a focus on providing high-quality distribution services, their dedication to the customers’ needs has set them apart as they receive, store, repackage and distribute products professionally and per individual requirements has built their reputation as a leader in warehousing, distribution and logistics.  Demand for their customer-centric, technology-driven service model continues to spur their growth as they plan for another major expansion in 2014.  This focus on regional growth continues to be the driver for added employment in Northwest Pennsylvania.  In just three years, the number of Roberts’ employees increased from just 14 in 2009 to 125 in 2012, an increase of nearly 800%.
