With family considerations in mind, Jeff left his investment banking career to partner with a longtime friend who owned a residential remodeling, construction, and custom cabinetry business in strong need of executive management. Together, they restructured TriFection Remodeling & Construction, with Jeff serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and minority owner. Over the next decade, they grew TriFection into one of the largest, most-respected residential contracting firms in the Greater Houston area.

Jeff graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in finance. He later earned his MBA with honors from the Stern School of Business at New York University, with a focus on finance and accounting, before launching his investment banking career on Wall Street. Jeff and his wife Velda have two daughters. In addition to coaching and attending the girls’ athletic events, Jeff’s personal activities include fishing, golfing, and spending time on the family ranch in scenic Washington County.
