Jerry Nagel

As an engaged executive and entrepreneur, Jerry's passion is to lead people and organizations to improve their status quo thereby accomplishing their visions and goals. His belief is that endorsement and implementation of a focused strategic business cycle contributes to the primary success of any organization. Help them formulate dreams, draft what it looks like, develop a strategic plan, build the goals, create action and execution, accurately measure results and then have an audacious celebration around the successes. Jerry shares and engages the knowledge he gained in large corporations like Lockheed/Martin and Allied Signal, Duracell and One Call Medical. In addition, he incorporates his experience personally as an owner and entrepreneur in the IT, Hospitality and Insurance industries. His desire is that this knowledge and experience will contribute to the positive success and elimination of barriers to those successes for organizations and their people. Jerry is still developing his skills and enjoys coaching, teaching and training key personnel on organizational culture, values implementation and behavioral understanding.
