Joe is a strategic financial and business executive with more than 25 years of diverse and progressive business leadership experience working alongside Presidents, CEO's, Chairmen and business owners in both private and public companies ranging in size from $20 million to $2 billion. His industry experience includes: B2B manufacturing, B2C manufacturing, financial services, architectural/engineering/construction services, consulting, business valuation services, and non-profit services. Early in his career, Joe earned his Certified Management Accountant certificate while serving as a cost accountant in aerospace manufacturing where he also gained exposure on the sell side of an acquisition supporting due diligence and audits. His cost accounting background served as a great launching pad for a career that ultimately exposed him to nearly all the businesses' financial and operational needs including: design, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, field services, customer service, sales and marketing. In addition to building and developing financial teams of varying sizes, he has also had direct management responsibility for HR, IT, credit and collections, contracts, and risk management.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from University of California at Riverside, and a Master of Business Administration from University of California at Irvine. He and his wife Marie-Christine live in Orange County, California with their son and daughter. Joe has served as financial secretary and treasurer of a local church, and currently volunteers in various roles with a local Boy Scouts of America troop. He enjoys reading, spending time with his family in the outdoors, and traveling.
