Ken is also an EOS implementer. The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)is a system and is a specific way to organize and optimize all of a company's human energy and gives traction to annual strategic planning so that your plan is not a binder that sits on a shelf. It sets the way people meet, solve problems, plan, prioritize, follow processes, communicate, measure, structure, clarify roles, lead and manage. This system boils down a business to 6 key components: vision, people, data, issues, process, and traction. For each component tools are introduced. There are a total of 20 tools that are simple, proven, and comprehensive. Ken will customize the tools to fit the company's needs and coach the leadership team on how to use the tools.
