Through timely preparation and analysis of financial, operational, and cash flow data, he has helped create managerial \"dashboards\" so that senior and middle managers have the right data, in real time, to identify and improve their results and fix problems before they become a costly crisis.<\/p>\n<p>Mitchell graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in accounting and earned his MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from Penn State. He began his career in public accounting before moving into the private sector where he climbed the corporate ranks to Controller and CFO for small to mid-market businesses with revenues ranging from $5 million to $100 million dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Mitchell lives and works in Upper Bucks County, Pennsylvania. When he's not working with clients, you can find him spending time enjoying hobbies that include skiing, biking, backpacking, scuba diving and motorcycling. Mitchell is an active member of the Alliance of Mergers &amp; Acquisitions Advisors, the Central Bucks and Lehigh Valley Chambers of Commerce, the Lehigh Valley Chapter of Associated Builders and
