"Frank stepped into a very challenging situation with us and he worked tirelessly to help us bridge our gaps. He spent several months with us working through SAP implementations and setting up financial reporting processes. He proved to be capable of scaling from big picture issues, all the way down to managing minute details in accounting and reporting. Frank supported Maquet, until we had the appropriate people on our staff to run effectively on our own. Once we hired our new personnel, Frank was very diligent in transitioning his knowledge. I am truly indebted to Frank for his tireless work with us to bridge us from a very challenging situation to the excellent running group that we have today. It will be a pleasure to recommend him to anyone who may be looking for a talented and capable executive/senior finance professional." Jon Snodgres, Chief Financial Officer, Maquet Cardiovascular Corporation
"Frank Armenio is a huge asset to any organization. I came in as COO to a small non-profit (revenue: $4M) where financial reporting was six months behind. The organization had turned over three individuals in the lead financial role during that same time period. Frank performed an initial assessment in a day and a half identifying deficiencies and strategies to address these issues and within three months all financials were current and accurately reported and an accounting manual was developed (addressing an outstanding issue on the management letter). His significant expertise in accounting and financial management along with his "can-do" attitude and willingness to put in the hours needed gets the job done! I highly recommend Frank!"
