Drawing on his significant experience in P&L responsibilities, he exhibits exceptional talent in business plan development and execution and is recognized as a leader and visionary with a proven record of developing, coaching and challenging others to achieve success through accountability and performance improvement.
Kevin began his career as a CPA in public practice and his subsequent experience includes CFO leadership responsibilities across a variety of industries including privately-owned businesses engaged in residential construction and development, financial services, behavioral health; and in not-for-profit private higher education.
He earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting and his master's degree in Organizational Administration/Leadership from MidAmerica Nazarene University (Olathe, KS). He is a graduate of the Leadership Olathe and Leadership Kansas programs and has been honored by his alma mater with the Alumnus of the Year and Outstanding Alumni awards.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Kevin has lived in Olathe, Kansas since 1979 and has been actively engaged in a variety of civic and public service organizations including leadership roles with the Olathe Santa Fe Trail Rotary Club, Olathe Chamber of Commerce, Olathe Unified School District Board of Education, the Kansas State Board of Education, and currently invests his time as an active board member for several charitable organizations. In 2008 he was named as one of Olathe's 150 Most Notable People by the Olathe News.
Kevin and his wife Julie have been married for thirty-six years and have three children and four grandchildren.
