For over two decades, Mark has had a diverse contractual CFO career. Industries served include automobile dealers, software, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, and finance companies. Mark has led the acquisition due diligence for eight different companies resulting in premium sale to private equity groups across the country. Mark has formulated several dozen financial models designed to monitor daily operational efficiencies, including KPI's, cash flow modeling, asset management, cost savings maximization, and rapid consolidations.
Mark understands that a successful CFO is prepared to face trouble shooting challenges every day, both large and small. Troubleshooting comes from experience of knowing where to begin to look, knowing when to pivot, and listening to what others have to offer. Mark's personal relationships with prior clients continue to thrive today. Mark is a CPA and began his career in public accounting leaving Ernst & Young to pursue his dream of a career working with small, closely-held companies. Personal hobbies include cycling, golf, and spending time with his wife Kathleen, and his son and daughter.
