Scot has an accomplished history of executive financial leadership experience, including roles in Big Four public accounting, large public companies, and most recently within a privately-held family business. His adept financial management has produced results in improving financial performance and creating value-added operational efficiencies.

After earning his MBA at the University of California, Berkeley, Scot had the benefit of working for two of America's legendary corporate cultures. He held four progressively more responsible financial leadership positions at Intel Corporation during the time period when the digital information and personal computer revolutions transformed business productivity and home entertainment. While at Intel, Scot created a finance organization and processes for an Intel start-up business oriented around connectivity devices for notebook computers.
Scot also worked for Agilent Technologies, a spin-off of Hewlett Packard. Agilent carried forward the storied HP culture but with a nimble entrepreneurial spirit around creating new business opportunities in the technology sector. While in this role, Scot completed CFO due diligence procedures and integration/assimilation activities related to an acquisition of a Dublin, Ireland-based optical imaging inspection company.
Prior to joining B2B CFO®, Scot led the finance and supply chain management functions at a middle-market publishing and new media company in northern Colorado. He partnered directly with the company's board of directors on financial performance measurement and communication, operational decisions, financing of new strategic initiatives, and corporate policy development.
Scot began his career delivering superior accounting and audit client services for Ernst & Young. His diverse client base included companies in mining, retail, medical devices, agriculture, and Federal contracting.
Scot has been active in community and church projects, such as serving as a Junior Achievement consultant for the Thompson School District (Loveland, CO) since 1999. He has taught basic business concepts and JA curriculum for students from ranging from the 2nd through the 12th grade. He serves in an advisory role on his church Finance Committee.
Scot has been married to his wonderful wife Jaydine for 27 years and has two grown sons who have embarked on their professional careers. In his spare time, Scot loves being out in the beautiful four season Colorado outdoors. He enjoys tennis, golf, skiing, and gardening.
