Shad has deep experience with treasury, investor relations, audits, board reporting, public company reporting and Nasdaq uplisting, intercompany structuring and transfer pricing agreements, FX optimization, and cross-border financial strategy. He has overseen multiple ERP implementations (Oracle, Dynamics AX, and more), raised growth capital, and helped companies through significant inflection points, including scale-ups, turnarounds, and preparation for exits.<\/p>\n<p>Shad's unique experience and management skills have contributed to companies in the form of strengthened financial controls, improved cash flow, successful M&amp;A integration, and foreign market expansion. Originally from the Mountain West, Shad now resides in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia with his wife and two youngest children and has a grown son who is married.
