He has worked with entrepreneurs purchasing companies and helped them write business plans, create budgets and forecasts, as well as guiding new and established businesses with strategic planning and succession planning. He consistently works with businesses to improve internal procedures in order to have better financial statements and data so that the owners can make decisions quickly that will impact their business and their future.  He has many years of experience with 401(k) plans and he has supervised accountants and assisted with process and procedural improvement within an accounting department.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining B2B CFO\u00ae, Tim was a partner at Greenwalt CPAs, where he started his career after graduating from Franklin College where he majored in accounting and minored in business. During his time at Greenwalt CPAs (merged with Barnes Dennig effective 1\/1\/25), Tim sat on multiple boards, was a member of multiple associations and mentored several employees. Tim performed audits, reviews and compilations, while also being responsible for client corporate and individual tax returns. In addition, he performed many consulting services for clients from $1 million to $250 million.<\/p>\n<p>Tim has two sons that both have degrees from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
