Cecil Venema

Dipak served as our part time CFO and a member of our board of directors for several years.  In this role, he was instrumental in guiding our efforts to provide maximum value for our members while controlling expenses and managing cash flow so we could meet all our obligations in a timely manner.  His business acumen and advice was also valuable at the board level, helping the team increase our membership by 20%. It was a pleasure to work along side Dipak, utilizing his valuable services as a board member.
