• Uncovered malfeasance by junior partners that resulted in over $25,000 in pilfered raw materials and $60,000 in redirected sales to a shell corporation controlled by those partners.
• Worked with Management, Private Equity and Investment Bankers to facilitate the sale of a $70 million manufacturing concern to a larger player in the industry. Facilitated the integration of the acquisition into the parent company.
Michael is a graduate of both Ramapo College of NJ with a bachelor’s degree in political science and Pace University with an MBA. He is an EMT and the Captain of his local volunteer EMS Squad. Michael has been married to his wife Karen for 30 years, has a son and three daughters.
