For the past two decades, served as Co-Founder, President, and COO of nuTravel Technology Solutions, Inc., a leader in the corporate travel technology space. In addition to serving as Vice Chairman of the company' s Board and multiple subcommittees, played a pivotal role in raising over $18 million in capital, coordinating the sale of a business line in 2017, and ultimately leading the successful acquisition of the company in January 2020. Oversaw all internal operations including Finance, Treasury, HR, Corporate Compliance, Insurance, Facilities, and strategic direction. Under this leadership, nuTravel partnered with major airlines such as American Airlines, United, Delta, Air Canada, JetBlue, Southwest, WestJet, and more.
Earlier in his career, held key roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Ciba-Geigy, and Merrill Lynch, gaining deep expertise in Financial Systems Consulting, 401K and Pension Plan Management, Investment Banking, and Corporate Budgeting. Led impactful client engagements for organizations including Lucent Technologies, Uniroyal Chemical, GMAC, Ciba Specialty Chemicals, and others.
Founder and former CEO of Allegiant Interactive Development (Allegiant ID), a technology firm focused on building strong internet brand identities for businesses. Also held the role of Director of Professional Services at Commerce One, Inc., where he led a major $20M travel tech initiative for Cendant Corporation, managing over 150 team members across three offices.
