My professional tool kit includes all the typical CFO skills such as cash management, trend analysis, budgeting & forecasting, credit & collections, tax planning, bank relationship building and M&A transaction planning and execution, but I also have extensive experience in the areas of salary and benefit administration, risk management and contract negotiation.
