Rob's experience as a CFO extends to virtually every aspect of a business's financial and operating needs. In addition to building, rebuilding and managing financial teams of all sizes and complexity, he has also had direct management responsibility for HR, IT, credit & collections, risk management, operations, marketing and sales.
Rob's industry background includes manufacturing, distribution, retailing, telecommunications, and business services with extensive experience leading successful rapidly growing, high volume and high transaction businesses. He has played a key role in the purchase and sale of over twenty businesses both as a skilled negotiator and as a hands-on manager of the due diligence and post-sale integration process. Rob holds a BS Degree from UCLA and an MBA from California State University at Los Angeles. He and his wife Roxie live in Orange County, California and have two children. Rob is a scholarship fund Trustee and former Dean's Advisory Board member for the School of Business at Concordia University, Irvine, and a Finance Committee member of a local church and school.
