Throughout his career, Steve has obtained substantial experience that spans across several industries including Insurance, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Aerospace/Defense, Retail, Technology, Pharmaceuticals and SaaS businesses. His competencies and strengths include generating and improving cash flow, margin expansion, strategy implementation and execution, developing operating plans, forecasting, multi-year financial modeling, financial reporting, M&A and Divestitures, capital investments and software integrations. Steve has developed teams from the ground up and mentored and developed employees globally, through a commitment of excellence by fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
As natural self-starter, Steve is comfortable working in small teams or leading large organizations. Steve earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a graduate/MBA degree in Finance and Management from DeVry University – The Keller Graduate School of Management. Throughout his career he has been the recipient of many honors including The Presidential Operational Excellence Award with Kaman Aerospace for integrating significant profit improvement strategies and exceeding cash flow targets. Steve and his wife reside in Ohio with one son.
In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering as a discipleship coach and mentor with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, weightlifting, sports, the beach and travel, combining his love for his family with his personal pursuits.
