Don has vast experience assisting organizations gain financing through various avenues and building relationships with external funding sources. He has provided financial and operational assistance with purchase of companies; writing business plans for new services and products; and, guided businesses with strategic planning. He has broad experience with the creation and guidance of 401(k) plans. He has also supervised and assisted internal and external teams tasked with process improvement including accounting/finance, information technology and operations.
