On April 23, 2019 B2B CFO® filed a lawsuit in federal court against Jim Hoggatt and his company, ExecHQ™ (formerly known as CEO Solutions Partners). The claims included trademark infringement, violation of the Lanham Act, false advertising and unfair competition, violation of the Anti-cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract.
